Property partnership

Lease to a landlord with a purpose.

Reliable rent, active management and a property that becomes someone's route back to stability. We work with owners across Nottingham and the East Midlands.

Why partner with us

Your building, managed as if we lived in it.

Supported housing gets a bad reputation when it is done badly. Our model is deliberately unglamorous: a small number of well-kept homes, residents who are assessed before they move in, and a team that is physically present.

You lease the property to Live Safe Housing C.I.C. We become your tenant, we manage the household, and we deliver the support. Your income does not depend on someone else's ability to manage a benefit claim.

The arrangement

What a partnership with us looks like

Long-term leases

Terms agreed in writing, with rent paid on schedule — including the weeks when a room is between residents.

Assessed residents

Nobody moves in without an assessment of need, risk and suitability. We do not fill rooms to hit a number.

Day-to-day management

We handle the household: communal standards, minor issues, reporting and the awkward conversations.

Condition protected

Routine inspections, documented condition, and repairs reported to you honestly rather than concealed.

Compliance supported

We work within your existing safety certification and flag anything that needs renewing before it lapses.

Genuine social return

Your property provides a home for an adult who would otherwise be in temporary accommodation or at risk of losing one.

Step by step

From first conversation to signed lease

Conversation

Tell us about the property, the area and what you need from the arrangement.

Viewing & assessment

We look at suitability for shared supported accommodation, and at what works would be needed.

Terms agreed

Lease length, rent, responsibilities and repairs are set out in writing before anything is signed.

Handover

Condition recorded, certification confirmed, residents referred and assessed, tenancies begin.

Suitability

What makes a property work for us

We are practical rather than precious: a good property is one that can safely and comfortably house adults who share a kitchen and living space.

  • Three bedrooms or more — shared homes work best at a manageable scale.
  • Good transport links — access to shops, health services and public transport.
  • Shared kitchen and living space — properly sized, not carved out of a corridor.
  • Current safety certification — gas, electrical and fire detection in place and documented.
  • Nottingham and the East Midlands — where we can actually deliver support face to face.

Not sure if yours qualifies? Send a few photographs and the postcode. We will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.

Property enquiry

Tell us about your property

A short message is enough to start. Include the area, the number of bedrooms and whether the property is currently empty — we will take it from there.

  • No obligation, and no pressure to sign anything on a first call.
  • We will be honest if the property is not suitable for our model.
  • Terms are put in writing before any commitment is made.
